The surface of the body is dark brown generally,

And  there are some lateral stripes on the surface.

This fish resembles “Sevenband grouper” very much,

But the maximum feature is that the color of the edge of the tail fin is black.

This fish is rare to be seen in a Japanese market.

You have a chance to see all these different kinds of fish

in our facilities along Suruga Bay of Shizuoka prefecture

where it is well-renowned for beautiful Mt. Fuji.
