体色は美しい若草色をして、中央に褐色の帯がはしる。

本種は胸鰭の付根に大きな黒斑があるために

雌ということがわかる。

This is a female.

Though there are some exception and variation,

The color of the body is almost beautiful bright green,

and there is a brown belt in the center of the body.

This fish has a big black spot in the root of pectoral fin.

You have a chance to see all these different kinds of fish

where it is well-renowned for beautiful Mt. Fuji.
