Though this fish has the scale of the shining silver black,

but it is often peeled off.

The body is very soft.

It is called, “Okigisu” in Numazu and loved.

You have a chance to see all these different kinds of fish

in our facilities along Suruga Bay of Shizuoka prefecture

where it is well-renowned for beautiful Mt. Fuji.
